Tom Siegenthaler, R.Ph., FACA founded Pharmacy Solutions in 1990 with a straightforward conviction: the commercial drug market could not serve every patient, and someone needed to fill that gap with precision, care, and accountability. What started as a local Arlington pharmacy has grown into a nationally licensed compounding operation serving patients in 49 states.
