If you provide an email address or mobile phone number, Pharmacy Solutions may communicate with you electronically regarding:

Prescription status
Refill reminders

Patient education
Account information

While we employ safeguards to protect information, electronic communications may involve certain security risks beyond our control.

WEBSITE, MOBILE APPLICATIONS, AND PATIENT PORTALS

When using Pharmacy Solutions websites, mobile applications, patient portals, or online services, additional information may be collected through cookies, analytics technologies, and security monitoring tools.

STATE LAW PROTECTIONS

COMPLAINTS

If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with Pharmacy Solutions or with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights.

You will not be retaliated against for filing a complaint.
