When I founded Pharmacy Solutions, my vision was simple: create a pharmacy where patients and providers could find answers when traditional medication options were not enough. Throughout my career, I have believed that the true value of compounding pharmacy lies in our ability to solve problems—developing personalized medication solutions that help meet each patient’s unique needs while supporting the clinical goals of their healthcare provider.
Over the years, I have become a passionate advocate for both independent compounding pharmacies and the patients they serve. I believe personalized medicine plays an important role in healthcare by giving providers additional tools to care for patients when commercially available medications may not be the best fit. Educating providers, protecting patient access to customized medications, and advancing the profession of compounding pharmacy have remained central to my work throughout my career.
Although I have transitioned into a more advisory role with Pharmacy Solutions, my passion for compounding pharmacy has never changed. I continue to enjoy collaborating with our pharmacists and leadership team, sharing knowledge gained over more than four decades of practice, and helping navigate complex medication challenges. There is still nothing more rewarding to me than finding a thoughtful solution that has the potential to make a meaningful difference for a patient.
Growing up in Africa gave me an appreciation for service, resourcefulness, and the opportunities we often take for granted. That perspective has remained with me throughout my career and continues to influence how I approach pharmacy, leadership, and patient care. I have always believed that the greatest privilege of being a pharmacist is earning the trust of patients and providers by going above and beyond to help solve problems, one person at a time.

Strategic Growth, Operations, Business Development, Patient Advocacy, Telehealth Innovation, Organizational Leadership
When I joined Pharmacy Solutions in 2009, I quickly realized that compounding pharmacy is about far more than preparing medications—it is about creating individualized solutions that help providers better serve their patients. I was drawn to the opportunity to support personalized medicine while helping build an organization committed to clinical excellence, innovation, and exceptional service.
My background in psychology has shaped the way I lead. I have always been passionate about understanding people, building meaningful relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth. As Chief Operating Officer, I enjoy bringing together strategy, operations, and innovation to strengthen our organization while expanding access to customized medication solutions that support the unique needs of patients and the providers who care for them.
I am also passionate about advocating for the important role independent compounding pharmacies play in today’s healthcare landscape. Personalized medicine continues to provide meaningful options for patients whose needs cannot always be met through commercially available medications. I believe it is our responsibility to educate providers, advance innovative models of care, and help preserve access to customized therapies so patients and practitioners continue to have individualized treatment options when appropriate.
Equally important to me is creating a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow. I believe that investing in our team is essential to fulfilling our mission and serving our patients well.
My leadership philosophy is rooted in servant leadership, integrity, continuous improvement, and acommitment to using the opportunities and talents I have been given to make a meaningful difference.
For me, lasting success is measured not only by the growth of an organization, but by the opportunities we create for our employees, the trust we earn from providers, and the positive impact we have on the patients and communities we are privileged to serve.

I started working at Pharmacy Solutions in 2011 as a pharmacy technician while working towards my BS Biology degree at the University of Texas at Arlington. At that time, I knew I wanted to become a pharmacist, and I knew that I wanted to work at a small business rather than a chain store.
What struck me as I began my career was the indelible effect of hormone replacement therapy that I could see on the patients who filled their prescriptions with us. I could see glowing skin, youthful vigor, and joy in the countenance of the patients filling their prescriptions. The tangible effects of the products we compounded were visible in the patient. This is what ignited my passion for personalized medicine.
As my career has progressed, I have taken great pride in solving patients’ problems using the tools in our compounding lab. It could be as simple as navigating a patient’s allergy to corn or gluten, or as complex as tapering a patient off of multiple psychiatric medications, where dose precision and reproducibility is of utmost importance.
I enjoy teaching patients and providers about the capabilities of our compounding pharmacy, and attempting to simplify the complicated in our area of pharmacy practice.

Compounding
I discovered my passion for compounding during my first year of pharmacy school. While learning about the many career opportunities available in pharmacy, I found myself especially drawn to compounding because it combined my passion for chemistry with the opportunity to help both human and animal patients. I knew during that first year that becoming a compounding pharmacist was exactly what I wanted to do.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my career is educating patients and healthcare providers about compounded medications and how they differ from the traditional retail pharmacy. I enjoy developing solutions, working with new formulations, and helping patients who require medications that are not available commercially. I also have a special interest in veterinary compounding and helping pet owners ensure their animals receive the medications they need in forms that are easier to administer.
Above all, I value the relationships I build with my patients and their families. My goal is to provide personalized care, answer questions, and help each patient feel confident in their treatment. Every patient is unique, and I am grateful for the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in their health and well-being.

Compounding, Customer Service
From a young age, I knew I wanted a career in healthcare. Serving others and making a positive impact in my community has always been a driving passion. Inspired by my mother’s example, I pursued a degree in pharmacy and began my professional journey in the compounding pharmacy field.
Upon graduating, I was honored to become the first college graduate hired directly out of school by a well-established Dallas-based compounding pharmacy with a longstanding reputation for excellence in the community. In 2018, I was fortunate to join Pharmacy Solutions, where I continue to grow professionally and serve patients with dedication and purpose.
Compounding pharmacy requires a unique combination of clinical knowledge, problem-solving, creativity, and collaboration. The challenges and opportunities within this specialty motivate me every day, as no two patient situations are exactly alike. I enjoy working closely with both patients and healthcare providers to develop individualized solutions, particularly for those who have experienced frustration or limited success with conventional therapies.
I approach every interaction with empathy, respect, and understanding. Throughout my career, I have learned that while we may never fully understand another person’s experience, we can strive to treat every patient fairly, reasonably, and ethically. By maintaining these values at the center of my work, I am confident that we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Independent pharmacy practice/ compounding unique products/ wellness through diet, lifestyle, exercise, and supplements/ independent reading of health topics to understand treatments beyond mainstream medicine
I loved learning about disease and treatments in pharmacy school. I was very altruistic, expecting to be able to help my patients while making a living. I was not sure what path to take, but I landed at a big corporate, big-box pharmacy. I enjoyed interfacing with the public, answering their questions, and making recommendations, but that was part of the problem; in that model, there isn’t time for extensive counseling. In my pursuit of helping patients, I worked next at an independent pharmacy that did regular retail as well as compounding. This was a wonderful time where I had the opportunity to counsel patients and help them explore the real causes of their disease states. Unfortunately, after many years, I realized that most mainstream pharmaceutical products were not helping my patients as much as I had hoped.
Most patented drugs are focused on healing one ailment synthetically. For example: a stomach medicine may lower acid, but why is there extra acid in the first place and what side effects occur from lowering stomach acid? i.e. malabsorption of various nutrients. Acid reducers help many, but if root causes are treated, would they be needed? How many other drugs for other conditions have a similar paradigm? In time, I became exhausted by my patients coming back for their regular prescriptions that treat the illness but don’t treat the underlying cause. Some drugs make the condition worse, and some are addictive. However, my intrigue continued to grow with the compounded preparations we were making on the side.
Compounded preparations often work with natural ingredients or with drugs that are titrated specifically to a patient’s needs. They’re more individualized with more investment in the right treatments, more than a medical algorithm. When the opportunity to work at Pharmacy Solutions became available, I knew it was a great opportunity I had to explore. Leaving regular retail behind, my intellect has been renewed with the limitless treatment opportunities that compounding can bring, and my learning with compounding continues to grow. With compounding, I feel like we can help patients in ways regular retail never can because many compounded products focus on holistic care. Many treatments address the root causes of poor health which can help the patients’ disease processes downstream. When this occurs, regular drugs with side effects may no longer be needed. Furthermore, with Pharmacy Solutions, there is greater opportunity to counsel patients and help physicians investigate their care. We uniquely have a team of 4 pharmacists. When one pharmacist is busy with something, others can step in and continue the workflow. This makes us special enabling enhanced customer service for patients and doctors alike. In my journey to find the best place to help patients, Pharmacy Solutions is a great place to be.

Provider Relations, Market Development, Wellness Education
My path to Pharmacy Solutions started before I even graduated college. During breaks from Texas A&M, I worked as a patient care specialist in the front of the pharmacy and quickly fell in love with the environment – the people, the mission, and the way everyone genuinely cared about the patients they were serving. When I graduated in 2023, joining the team full-time felt like a natural next step.
In my role as a Market Development Representative, my favorite part of the job is the relationships. I don’t see myself as just another rep showing up in a provider’s inbox or office, I want to be a resource. Whether I’m introducing a provider to our compounding capabilities or helping connect a patient or family member with the right practitioner, my goal is always to make someone’s path to better health a little easier.
One of the things I’ve come to appreciate most is how many different areas of care can come together to support a patient’s overall wellness. Over the past couple of years I’ve learned so much, not just about compounded medications themselves, but about supplements, hormone health, peptides, and so many emerging therapies that are reshaping what personalized medicine looks like. Compounding is an ever-changing landscape, and I genuinely love keeping up with it.
I learn just as much from the providers I work with as I do from our pharmacists, and that keeps me engaged every single day. At the end of the day, the work feels meaningful because it is – and I’m grateful to be part of a team that has been showing up for patients and practitioners for over 35 years.

After graduating from college, I knew I wanted to build a career that felt meaningful and gave me a genuine sense of purpose. When I first visited Pharmacy Solutions, the level of dedication, compassion, and attention given to each patient interaction stood out in a way I had never experienced before in a healthcare setting. It was equally evident in the way leadership valued and supported their staff. From that first visit, it was clear this was an organization deeply committed to people, and I knew it was something I wanted to be part of.
I began my career at Pharmacy Solutions in a customer service role, helping educate patients on the importance of pharmaceutical grade supplements and ensuring that every person who walked through our doors felt welcomed, heard, and cared for. Those early experiences gave me a strong appreciation for how much even the smallest interactions can shape a patient’s overall experience and trust in their care.
Over the years, my role has evolved into supporting healthcare providers and helping connect them with the services, programs, and solutions we offer for their patients. What continues to make this work rewarding is hearing firsthand from providers about the positive experiences their patients have with our pharmacy. It reinforces the same commitment to personalized care that first drew me to Pharmacy Solutions years ago, beginning with the very first interaction and carrying through every step of the patient experience.

Building meaningful relationships and helping others navigate challenges has always been at the center of my work. Prior to joining Pharmacy Solutions, I worked on the provider side of healthcare, which gave me valuable perspective into the day-to-day demands, pressures, and operational challenges practices often face. That experience continues to shape how I communicate, problem solve, and support providers today.
At Pharmacy Solutions, I have the privilege of working closely with providers and practices to better understand their goals, the needs of their patients, and the areas where customized compounding solutions may provide support.
What I enjoy most about this industry is that no two days are ever the same. I appreciate the opportunity to problem solve, collaborate, and help connect providers with solutions that fit both their practice model and patient needs. Much of my work involves listening well, asking thoughtful questions, and helping simplify what can often feel complex in today’s healthcare environment.
Over the years, I have learned that strong partnerships are built through trust, responsiveness, consistency, and genuine care for people. I value honest communication and believe the best working relationships come from taking time to truly understand the people you serve.
I believe strongly in the foundation of Pharmacy Solutions and the way we approach our work — with integrity, collaboration, service, and a commitment to doing things thoughtfully and well.

Oncology Support – Provider Relations – Compounding Pharmacy Solutions
I was first introduced to compounding pharmacy through conversations about BHRT and personalized treatment approaches during my own exploration of wellness and hormone health. What started as an introduction to a different side of pharmacy eventually became a genuine interest in the collaborative nature of compounding and the role it can play in supporting both practitioners and patients. I joined Pharmacy Solutions two years ago and have since focused on helping providers navigate pharmacy support across a wide range of specialties, with a primary focus in oncology and adjunctive care.
What has kept me engaged in the work is the opportunity to build strong relationships with practitioners and help simplify complex patient situations through communication, responsiveness, and individualized support. I especially value the collaborative aspect of oncology and integrative care, where no two patients or treatment approaches are exactly alike. The conversations with providers and the ability to help coordinate practical solutions continue to be the part of the work I value most.

Provider Relations, Account Management, Wellness Education
I began my career at Pharmacy Solutions in a provider support role, where I was first introduced to the world of compounding pharmacy. From the beginning, I found it incredibly rewarding to work alongside healthcare providers as they navigated unique patient needs and explored individualized treatment options. That early experience shaped the way I approach my work today.
As Sales Director, I have the opportunity to partner with providers across a variety of specialties, helping connect them with resources, education, and compounding solutions that support the care they deliver. I enjoy listening first, understanding the goals of each practice, and working collaboratively to identify options that fit both their patients’ needs and their clinical approach.
What I value most is the opportunity to support providers throughout every stage of a patient’s wellness journey rather than focusing on just one area of care. Because our team works across many specialties, I have the privilege of seeing how individualized care can support providers and their patients over time. That perspective continues to reinforce the importance of collaboration, education, and building trusted relationships with the practices I serve.

I began my career at Pharmacy Solutions working on the front end, where I enjoyed checking out patients and building connections through daily interactions. Over time, I became increasingly interested in the work happening behind the pharmacy counter, which led me to earn my Pharmacy Technician license.
From there, I spent two years working in our oncology lab, where I gained hands-on experience compounding medications that truly make a difference in patients’ lives. While I valued each role I held, I realized I wanted to further utilize my degree and expand my impact within the organization.
I later transitioned into the role of Administrative Specialist, where I am able to apply a wide range of skills every day. I am grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with both staff and patients, and I believe my experience working in multiple areas of the pharmacy has given me a well-rounded understanding of our team and operations.

Shipping / Reciving
I began my career in pharmacy operations following a transition from a different profession, bringing a strong focus on organization, problem-solving, and process efficiency. From the start, I developed an interest in how structured systems and coordinated workflows support accurate and timely order fulfillment.
In my role as Shipping Manager, I oversee the end-to-end outbound process, including order staging, packing, labeling, documentation, and shipment coordination. I focus on maintaining consistency in procedures to support accuracy, traceability, and timely dispatch of all outgoing medications and supplies.
I am responsible for ensuring that shipping workflows are executed in alignment with established protocols, with attention to proper handling requirements and routing accuracy. I also monitor operational flow to identify and resolve bottlenecks that may impact turnaround time or delivery performance.
Through this role, I have developed a detailed understanding of how each step in the distribution process contributes to overall operational efficiency, with an emphasis on reliability, accuracy, and process control.
